Nicole and Michael Colovos, who were creative directors of Helmut Lang from 2005 until 2014, are launching a collection called Colovos for fall. The married couple took over the creative reins at Helmut Lang when the namesake designer left the label and helmed it until fall 2014. Nicole described their new venture as “minimal, effortless dressing balanced by a slight punk aesthetic and classic tailoring techniques.”

The roughly 30-piece collection includes knits, leather, denim, tailoring and outerwear. It’s made in Italy and New York and prices range from $375 to $2,600. The Colovoses are working with CD Network for sales and are holding private appointments with press and retailers beginning Feb. 12.
