FOUR FLAVORS: Giorgio Armani’s restaurants are embarking on a food journey. This week the first session of the series “A World Journey: Four chefs from four corners” took place at the Armani/Ristorante in Milan, dedicated to the world of international dining.
Located on the seventh floor of the Armani Hotel, the restaurant was the culinary playground for its executive chef Filippo Gozzoli as well as for the executive chefs from the Armani restaurants in Dubai, New York, Tokyo and Milan, who presented a selection of signature dishes during the two nights. Among the dishes were Wagyu filet with morel and white polenta (New York), scallop ravioli with ricotta cheese, black olives and tomatoes (Tokyo), pumpkin flowers, courgette, tomatoes’ chutney and white truffle (Milan) and a white chocolate cube, passion fruit, vanilla sponge and exotic sorbet (Dubai).
After Milan, the series will stop in the remaining three restaurants in Tokyo, home to Francesco Mazzi, Dubai, which is led by Alessandro Salvattico and New York, where Fabio Bano is head of the kitchen.
