GUGGENHEIM BROADENS RESTRUCTURING BENCH: Guggenheim Securities, the advisory services arm of Guggenheim Partners, has added bench depth to its restructuring and investment banking team through the hiring of an eight-member group led by James D. Decker.

Decker and his team formerly were at Morgan Joseph TriArtisan LLC. The seniors members — which include Alex Fisch, Jay Jacquin and James Hadfield — have together completed more than 100 company and creditor assignments. They’ve also restructured $30 billion of debt in both in-court and out-of-court transactions. Their specialty is in middle-market financing.
