IN THE ATTIC: Opening Ceremony has expanded its Howard Street store in Manhattan yet again, taking over an apartment located on the second floor of their original space. The additional 2,000-square-foot annex, which brings the grand total at 33 and 35 Howard to 6,500 square feet, is a flight up from the mezzanine level and is decorated with multiple sets of 13-foot tall legs. It features designers such as Mugler, Proenza Schouler, Mary Katrantzou and Alexander Wang, with dedicated accessories space for sunglasses, shoes and jewelry, and a functional kitchen that’s redone as an alcove for indie magazines.
