NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK: East London-based label Illustrated People has tapped Iris Law, Jude Law’s middle daughter, along with Evangeline Ling and model Charley Munro for its latest ad campaign.

The British label is based on collaboration, teaming with young creatives to create limited-edition collections.

Their most recent partnership has been with stylist Violetta Thalia Kassapi — who goes by the name Violetta Fancies You — on a line of printed satin pajamas.

The campaign features the three young women in vampy makeup, lying in bed in the pajamas designed by Kassapi and inspired by the British capital.

“We thought about different aspects of London that we loved and turned them into prints. I painted pigeons to create the camouflage print, as it reminds me of Camden Town or Leicester Square,” said Kassapi.

Highlights include a set that is printed in blue camouflage and a playful shirt that has the words “I’d rather be sleeping” embroidered on the back.

According to Kassapi the range is designed to be worn both as loungewear and out on the street. “I want girls to feel comfortable and sexy whether they’re out or on the sofa drinking a hot chocolate,” said the stylist.

The collection is on sale at the label’s Web site and is priced between 40 pounds, or $59, and 50 pounds, or $74.

Both Law and Kassapi took to their personal Instagram accounts to promote the campaign. The positive response they received from their respective followings resulted in the collection almost selling out on the site.
