Chinese e-commerce giant JD.com is hosting a business conference in London on June 22 at the Ace Hotel in Shoreditch.
The Alibaba rival said it is holding the event to show British fashion and lifestyle brands how JD can help them capitalize on the potential of the Chinese e-commerce market. A team of senior business development executives from JD will discuss topics such as the growing demand for British goods in China, strategies for targeting Chinese consumers and the company’s approach to combating fake goods.
JD said the event is part of its “British Week” campaign, which will also see the launch of British Mall, a country-specific channel on its cross-border platform JD Worldwide.
