BIGGER AND BETTER: Kia Style360 has changes in store for the upcoming New York Fashion Week. The 11-year-old platform, which is known for hosting celebrity fashion shows and presentations, landed its first title sponsor, Kia Motors, along with a new media partner, Us Weekly; Glamour held the title last year following Elle magazine’s nine-year run in the position.

“We’ve been chugging along for 11 years and consider ourselves one of the lasting multiday platforms of New York Fashion Week,” said David Manning, the executive producer and owner of Kia Style360 who also serves as president of  A-List Communications, an event and brand communications agency.

The fashion week platform is also moving into a larger venue, Metropolitan West, after previously showing at the Metropolitan Pavilion. The two-floor space will feature a lounge and check-in area on the first floor and a runway venue on the second. Participating celebrities this season include Serena Williams, who will show her Signature collection by HSN, and Adam Levine, who will preview his line for Kmart. Canadian plus-size brand Addition Elle will also make its New York Fashion Week debut at the venue and show its fall 2015 collection along with Ashley Graham’s line of lingerie. The shows will run from Sept. 14 to 17.
