MAKING AN EXIT: Alex Koo, merchandising director at Lanvin and longtime partner of its ousted creative director Alber Elbaz, quietly exited the role at the end of 2015, WWD has learned.
A Lanvin spokesman confirmed Koo’s departure and said a search is under way for a successor.
Koo held the post for 10 years, but was widely expected to bid adieu as the French house charts a new creative era. As reported, Chemena Kamali and Lucio Finale head a new team of designers temporarily replacing Elbaz while the company hunts for a new creative director.
