HOME SWEET LIBERTY: Liberty has spiffed up its home interiors and furniture floors and added a host of new designers, artists, and products. The third floor showcases Rory Dobner’s ceramic tiles and candleholders featuring the artist’s original black-and-white ink drawings, and a corner dedicated to the Parisian home interiors and table ware store Astier de Villatte — the first and only in the U.K. The fourth floor, meanwhile, houses the store’s displays of Arts & Crafts furniture, Liberty fabrics, wallpaper, and home furnishings, including exclusive vases by Moorcroft, the British pottery company that has been working with Liberty for the past 100 years. “We have balanced our heritage and authority with the cutting edge,” said Liberty’s managing director Ed Burstell. “From guerrilla gardening to Arts & Crafts and the irreverence of House of Hackney, our aim is to delight and amaze.”
