A FAMILY AFFAIR: Fresh off the blackjack tables of Chanel’s fall couture show, Lily-Rose Depp joins the circle of Chanel faces, the company revealed on Thursday.

The daughter of Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis, who has served as the brand’s ambassador since the early Nineties, will be fronting the French house’s new campaign for the Pearl eyewear collection, due out in September.

“Lily-Rose is ravishing, she is a girl from the new generation with star qualities,” enthused Karl Lagerfeld, who photographed the ad, depicting the 16-year-old as a baby-doll in soft pastel colors.

Her mom’s first appearance for the brand was on a swing in a giant birdcage, cheekily promoting the Coco Chanel fragrance.
