DYNAMIC DUO: Spanish brand Mango wowed fans Wednesday, the first day of Milan Fashion Week, with a guest appearance of Cara Delevingne and Kate Moss in front of its sprawling flagship store on the city’s Corso Vittorio Emanuele.

The brand, which tapped the Brit “It” duo to front its fall 2015 campaign, announced their impending visit only a few days prior through its newsletter and social media. The news attracted a throng of fans who for hours braved the rain and falling temperatures while anxiously waiting the arrival of Delevingne and Moss.

At 10:15 a.m., when they were meant to show up, the crowd emitted a roar of applause and shouts fit for a rock concert. But the two models were nowhere to be seen. Once they arrived 30 minutes later, excited fans had to be restrained.

The duo posed for photographers and Delevingne grabbed a reporter’s phone to take numerous selfies while taking a spin around the podium. Five minutes later, the pair went inside the store, waved to the crowd and shot videos of the pandemonium from Mango’s second floor.
