BEAUTY’S NEW DUO: Marks & Spencer is to be the title sponsor of the Cosmetic Executive Women U.K. Beauty Awards in 2015, which will mark the U.K. awards’ tenth anniversary. The awards, which recognize new and classic brands at both prestige and mass level, open for product entries this week. Voting by CEW U.K.’s members will begin Feb. 25, following a product demonstration evening Feb. 24, with the winner’s announcement lunch taking place April 24.

Marks & Spencer’s sponsorship of the awards follows the retailer’s launch of its Your Beauty concept in 2012. Under that banner, M&S now carries beauty brands including Bliss, Filorga, Ren, Murad and Nuxe, and the retailer is able to enter the third-party beauty products it carries into the awards. Jo Jenkins, director of beauty at M&S said: “The CEW Awards are a fantastic way to excite and engage with our customers and demonstrate our beauty expertise with our collection of individual and special beauty brands.” Caroline Neville, president of CEW U.K. added: “Working with M&S will bring a new dynamic to the awards, and more attention.”
