THE NAKED CITY: While the rest of the New York fashion world was fixated on what to wear to shows, the folks at Moschino on Monday were more interested in the art of removing clothes. Burlesque dancer Angie Pontani stopped traffic as she flung her gloves, dress and most everything else off during an R-rated routine in the windows of the brand’s Meatpacking District boutique. The tassel-revealing number and cocktail party, hosted by Michelle Stein, president of Aeffe USA, was in honor of Leslie Zemeckis, who was there to promote her new book, “Behind the Burly Q: The Story of Burlesque in America.” The studiously researched tome is a history of the ribald entertainment form during its golden age in the last century. Her husband, director Robert Zemeckis of “Back to the Future” and “Forrest Gump” fame, was quick to bestow all credit for the book and a related documentary, now airing on Showtime, to his wife. She smiled but happily pointed to Robert as the source of funding.
