MAMMA MIA: The National Mother’s Day Committee has selected four women to honor at its 37th annual Outstanding Mother Awards, that will take place May 7 at The Pierre Hotel. They are Meredith Vieira, host and executive producer of “The Meredith Vieira Show”; Joanna Coles, editor in chief of Cosmopolitan and editorial director of Hearst Magazines; Liz Rodbell, president of Hudson’s Bay and Lord & Taylor, and Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger, designer and creative director of Dee Ocleppo, a handbag firm.
Mindy Grossman, chief executive officer of HSN Inc. and a 2010 Outstanding Mother Award Honoree, will again serve as mistress of ceremonies. Proceeds of the 2015 awards luncheon will benefit Save the Children’s U.S. Programs.
