NEW CEO: Tarang P. Amin has been appointed president, chief executive officer and director of E.l.f. Cosmetics. He succeeds former ceo Joey Shamah, who will continue as a significant investor and director with an ongoing management role in the company. The announcement follows TPG Growth’s acquisition on Monday of a majority stake in E.l.f. Amin, 48, was most recently president, ceo and director of Schiff Nutrition with brands Airborne, MegaRed, Digestive Advantage and Move Free. TPG owned a stake in Schiff when it was sold to Reckitt Benckiser for $1.4 billion after a bidding contest with Bayer in 2012.

E.l.f. revealed several additions to the management team, including Richard F. Baruch Jr., senior vice president, chief commercial officer; Erin Daley, senior vice president, chief marketing officer; Scott K. Milsten, senior vice president, general counsel, and Megan O’Connor, vice president, digital.
