GREEN IS THE NEW BLACK: Thanks to a new partnership with the CFDA, Organic Avenue will ply models backstage with fresh juices and healthy meals during New York Fashion Week. While that combo is still up for debate, fashion types in search of spiked OA juices will find them at The LCL: Bar & Kitchen. Farm-to-table cocktails will be front-and-center when The Gerber Group’s new haunt bows Monday at the East 42nd Street Westin Hotel. Health-minded revelers will find such OA-infused drinks as The Green Dream and The Brush and Tone in the Stephanie Goto-designed space. As for New York’s extreme mixology trend, ceo Scott Gerber said, “We don’t want this to be one of those bars where you wait 20 minutes for your drink watching a show.”

The Gerber Group has 20-plus fashion week parties set for The Stone Rose and Lilium. A fashionable crowd will no doubt be at The LCL when Gerber helps his younger brother Rande celebrate the launch of Casamigos, the tequila brand Rande Gerber cooked up with George Clooney. That one is not yet in the books and the tequila won’t be sold for another day or two, but a racy short film featuring Cindy Crawford and Stacey Keibler has helped spread the word.

As for fighting fashion week hangovers, Scott Gerber said, “I try to drink water as I’m drinking [alcohol.] I will drink lots of water, take a couple of aspirin and try to get some Gatorade in me before I go to bed. That might make things a little better. But if you drink too much, you’re going to have a hangover or be dehydrated.”
