BEARING GIFTS: Prince George will be featured in yet another children’s story along with his great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth II to mark the sovereign’s 90th birthday.

The Disney audio book has been written by Jane Riordan, illustrated by Mark Burgess, and read by Jim Broadbent. It can be downloaded for free on

“Winnie-the-Pooh and the Royal Birthday” features the original A.A. Milne’s characters — Christopher Robin, Piglet, Eeyore, Owl and Winnie-the-Pooh — who head to London bearing a gift for the monarch. They travel from the Hundred Acre Wood to the British capital and take in a red bus tour before meeting the Queen and Prince George, who gives Piglet a red balloon. Winnie-the-Pooh presents his gift to the monarch and reads her a poem.

Earlier this year, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Queen Elizabeth all became characters in a children’s book entitled “The Birthday Crown,” published by the Royal Collection Trust.
