Renzo Rosso will receive the Award of Courage during the upcoming The American Foundation for AIDS Research gala to be held at Milan’s La Permanente museum on Sept. 26 during the city’s Fashion Week.

Rosso, president of Italian fashion group OTB, will be awarded for his personal commitment to the fight against AIDS as well as for his company’s continuous support of Amfar’s activities.
The Milanese gala, in its seventh edition, will be sponsored by American jewelry company Harry Winston. Guests are expected to include Heidi Klum, Michelle Rodriguez, Dakota Johnson, Irina Shayk, Goga Ashkenazi, Dean and Dan Caten, Eva Cavalli, Peter Dundas, Nayla Hayek, Angela Missoni, Vincent Roberti, Remo Ruffini, Franca Sozzani, Hormoz Vasfi, Amfar global fundraising ambassador Milutin Gatsby and Amfar chairman of the board Kenneth Cole.
The cocktail, dinner and live auction will be followed by live performances by Debbie Harry and by Swedish pop duo Icona Pop.
