SOMETHING OLD, SOMETHING NEW: The Duchess of Cambridge was sporting a new haircut and color and a previously-worn dress to open the new Treasures gallery in London’s Natural History Museum on Tuesday. Catherine, who wore the green Mulberry dress a year ago at a reception at Buckingham Palace to launch Queen Elizabeth II’s Jubilee celebrations, appeared to have darkened her hair and had soft bangs cut in to frame her face.
The Treasures gallery, which opens to the public on Friday, is a new permanent exhibition that spans 7.5 billion years and houses 22 of Britain’s most valuable artifacts, representing the most important of the museum’s 70 million specimens.
