ON SHOW: Lady Gaga will celebrate her 28th birthday today, but her fans seem to be the ones getting a gift from The Out NYC. To coincide with the release of the multi platinum Grammy award winner’s newest music video “G.U.Y.,” The Out NYC is temporarily changing its name to The G.U.Y. Hotel, at least through April 10. The Midtown space will also unveil The Lady Gaga Gallery where her Little Monsters will find some of her costumes, props, art and of course loads of her music. The new gallery exhibition will be open at no charge to the public until April 10.

Gaga has seven sold-out shows scheduled for the Roseland Ballroom next month — which is more than any other artist. Her performances will be the last ones to be held at the Roseland before its scheduled demolition. Her official April 4 after-party will be at The G.U.Y. Hotel with her producer DJ White Shadow and Steven Redant of Bent Collective already set to do some spinning. The music video for G.U.Y., the third single from Gaga’s ARTPOP album, was filmed at the Hearst Castle in San Simeon, CA. It was the first commercial production that had been shot at the National and California Historical Landmark mansion, since Stanley Kubrick’s “Spartacus” was filmed there in the late Fifties.
