Tiffany & Co. has enlisted Grace Coddington as its first outside creative partner. The former Vogue creative director has styled and wrangled celebrity talent for the American jeweler’s fall campaign, presently in production in New York. More about the nature of the campaign was not revealed.

“Tiffany — and its famed Blue Box — has always held special meaning for me. To me, this is not just an ad campaign, but an opportunity to portray a legendary house of luxury through modern portraits of uniquely talented subjects. Each perfectly reflects, in her own way, Tiffany’s most iconic collections,” Coddington told WWD.

“For generations, Tiffany has defined the true meaning of legendary style. For our latest campaign, we set out to find the best creative talents both behind and in front of the camera, to present our iconic collections. Who better than Grace Coddington, a style legend in her own right, to serve as our creative partner,” said Caroline Naggiar, Tiffany’s chief brand officer.

The campaign, set to feature multiple Tiffany collections, will make its debut in the September issues of fashion, luxury, travel and lifestyle publications. It will also appear on Tiffany’s digital and social media channels, and is slated to run through the holiday season.

In January, Coddington revealed she was stepping down from her creative director’s post at Vogue, a role she had held for nearly 30 years.
