MARAIS MARCH: There’s a new pop-up shop for fans of late interior designer David Hicks. Tila March just opened the location on Paris’ Rue Vieille du Temple in the Marais district, which is almost entirely dedicated to the capsule collection the French accessories brand designer Tamara Taichman created using his vintage patterns. It launched in May.

Fronted by patterned blinds in one of Hicks’ designs, the store features wooden pallets for shelves and traditional French cement tile flooring, showing off the entire capsule collection, as well as a small selection — around 20 percent of the offer — of the brand’s core line of shoes and bags. The boutique will close in late July before work starts to turn it into a regular Tila March stand-alone store — the brand’s first on the Right Bank — stocking the whole collection and opening in September.
