The organizers of Tokyo fashion week have released the upcoming season’s calendar. The six-day event, which kicks off March 14, features both runway shows and showroom presentations. As reported, Gwen Stefani is slated to put in an appearance during the week, thanks to her sponsorship deal with MasterCard Japan. Like in past seasons, most of the shows will take place at the official venue, Shibuya Hikarie.

Shows on March 14 include Tsukasa Mikami, Haha, Mint Designs, Keiichirosense and Keita Maruyama. Maruyama is featuring in some of the Master Card ads with Stefani so there is likely to be significant buzz at that show.

March 15’s shows include Divka, Hanae Mori Manuscrit, Discovered and Matohu.

Dressedundressed, Anne Sofie Madsen, Bennu, Writtenafterwards and Mr. Gentleman show March 16.

Motohiro Tanji, Support Surface, Theatre Products, In-Process and Yoshio Kubo show March 17.

March 18’s lineup includes Plastictokyo, 5351 Pour Les Hommes, Johan Ku Gold Label, Hiromichi Nakano and Onitsuka Tiger x Andrea Pompilio. That day will also feature a recurring group show of emerging designers called Tokyo New Age.

Tokyo fashion week wraps up March 19 with shows from Name., Ethosens, Whiz Limited, Gouk, KBF and Avalone.

After Tokyo, fashion weeks will take place in Shanghai, Seoul and Beijing.
