ALL ABOUT BELLA: A spokeswoman from Victoria’s Secret has confirmed that Bella Hadid will model at the Victoria’s Secret show in Paris.
The show is to be broadcast on Dec. 5 by CBS and will be viewed in more than 190 countries. The brand staged its most recent international show in London in 2014, and returned to the U.S. last year. The glitzy event has featured musical performances by the likes of Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, The Weeknd and Ellie Goulding, along with its cast of famous models.
Victoria’s Secret employee Jen Waldman took to Instagram and posted a picture of herself with Hadid, saying: “One of us made the fashion show cut.”
20-year-old Hadid is following in the footsteps of older sister Gigi, who appeared in the show last year. On Tuesday, the Hadid sisters were both nominated for Model of the Year at the Fashion Awards in London, which will take place later this year. Other nominees in the category include Kendall Jenner and Lineisy Montero.
Hadid, a Los Angeles native, modeled for the Victoria’s Secret Pink holiday campaign last year where she posed next to Angels Rachel Hilbert and Devon Windsor. She has walked in Tom Ford’s show in Los Angeles. Hadid has appeared in advertising campaigns for Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren Denim & Supply.
Last night, the model joined Soko, Cameron Dallas and more at Indochine for Dior beauty’s dinner.
