Tommy and Lewis are back for another round.
Designer Tommy Hilfiger and Formula One World Champion and global brand ambassador Lewis Hamilton are preparing to release the third iteration of their TommyXLewis collection on Sept. 2.
The collection is a mix of travel-related and urban items and includes classic tracksuits, turtlenecks, wool coats and parkas in checks, tie-dyes and solid burgundy and neutrals. The collection addresses the sustainability movement by using Re:Down and organic cotton in some of the pieces.
The LH logo for the line has been transformed this time into a black square that incorporates Tommy Hilfiger’s flag and the British racing driver’s initials.
Customers can create wish lists of their favorite items starting on Aug. 20 and buy a white TommyXLewis logo graphic T-shirt or color-blocked expedition trail boots from now until Aug. 27.
Last March, Hilfiger named Hamilton as a global ambassador and the face of the company’s men’s division.
