The pretty young women who dressed to draw attention at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival may not have been born when Woodstock rocked a generation (nor were some of their parents), but they did their best to channel its bohemian spirit. A flurry of frayed denim cutoffs, gauzy tops, trippy prints, floppy hats and fringed bags dotted the lawns of the Empire Polo Club in the California desert near Palm Springs — and the more bare skin, the better.

The most dedicated fashion followers began scouring vintage stores months before to score their looks. But retailers have caught on, creating festival-inspired collections at every price point for those who waited until the last minute to figure out what to wear.
