Every Saturday in Cape Town, the cool young set flocks to the Old Biscuit Mill to shop the Neighbourgoods Market for food, flowers and crafts. Situated in an up-and-coming area called Woodstock, located just outside the center of town, the neighborhood has a feel not unlike parts of Brooklyn or the Marais in Paris. But for a few shirts and dresses in distinct African prints, the fashion scene skews arty hipster with crop tops, logo T-shirts, torn jeans, sneakers and chunky jewelry.
