Arcade Beauty, Easysnap Form Sampling Partnership

The agreement will help expand the distribution of the Italian company’s one-hand unit-dose sampling system worldwide.

PARIS — Arcade Beauty, the sampling solutions company, and Easysnap Technology, the creator of patented one-hand opening and dispensing unit-dose systems, have formed a partnership.

Arcade Beauty has acquired 30 percent of Easysnap’s outstanding shares and several production lines that will be put into the company’s production facilities worldwide. The agreement also includes some commercial and manufacturing arrangements linked to cosmetics beauty sampling, the companies stated.

“This agreement will allow both partners to expand their market position and work together to broadly market Easysnap’s one-handed unit-dose sampling system worldwide and capitalize on its patented and proprietary technologies,” the firms said in a release.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Christian Burattini and Andrea Taglini cofounded Easysnap, whose headquarters and production facility are in Bologna, Italy, in 2003. The company develops one-hand opening and dispensing unit-dose systems for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical and food sectors.
