With three-year revenue growth of 365 percent, Beauty Barrage secures placement on Inc. Magazine’s list for the fastest-growing private companies.
Ranking 1,143 on Inc.’s annual list of 5,000, Beauty Barrage’s chief executive officer and founder, Sonia Summers, attributes the growth to her team of “game changers and hustlers.” As a sales management agency founded in 2015, the company prides itself on its high-performing field team, wherein Summers has witnessed the power in managing an educated, well-trained team that treats every brand as its own in more than 3,000 storefronts in North America, (including brands such as Glamglow, Dyson etc.) to the tune of $6 million in revenue reported in the list.

Tracing “many different paths to success,” as Inc. editor in chief James Ledbetter said in a press statement, the commonalities are “persistence” and “seizing opportunities.”
Last year, the Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue was $237.7 billion, representing more than 1.2 million jobs over the past three years. Other companies acknowledged on the list in the past include Microsoft, Dell, Domino’s Pizza and LinkedIn, among others. To be considered, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by a certain date, with minimum revenue required for 2015 being $100,000, with 2018 being $2 million.

As is the customary celebration, the companies will be honored with an event. This year’s event will be held in October at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa in Phoenix, Ariz.
