BONJOUR PARIS: Americans in Paris, the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund program with Tommy Hilfiger’s support, is back for a fourth time next month, with 10 former fashion fund designers showing their fall collections in a communal space during Paris Fashion Week. They are Wes Gordon, Irene Neuwirth, A.A.’s Antonio Azzuolo, Giulietta’s Sofia Sizzi, Organic’s John Patrick, Cushnie et Ochs’ Michelle Ochs and Carly Cushnie, Fenton Fallon’s Dana Lorenz, Suno’s Max Osterweis and Erin Beatty, Libertine’s Johnson Hartig and Illesteva’s Daniel Silberman and Justin Salguero. This time, the showroom will be located at Paris’ Le 8 Valois from March 2 to 4, and on the final day, Hilfiger will hold a round-table talk with the designers on international business, followed by a cocktail party hosted by Moda Operandi’s Lauren Santo Domingo.
“My own experiences at the beginning of my career inspired my commitment to mentor young people who are dedicated to pursuing their dreams, and I am honored to be able to share my business and industry experience with them in this setting,” Hilfiger said.
