BRAD’S REVENGE: With the New Year now upon us, a question lingers for some, drawn from an old standard: Should old acquaintance be forgot? In the case of Rachel Zoe and her former assistant Brad Goreski, the answer is a resounding yes. The week began with Goreski telling Wendy Williams that his baby gift to Zoe — an Hermès tower of toys — did not result in a thank-you note. Goreski has been promoting his new Bravo reality show, “It’s a Brad Brad World,” and his interviews have reignited the war of words between the two.
To his credit, Goreski’s show premiered this week with more than one million total viewers. This figure was slightly higher than the season-three premiere of “The Rachel Zoe Project” in August, which garnered 976,000 total viewers. Zoe made her feelings known through a retweet (which has been deleted). “@Bravolebrity1 @SD0927 I am sure @mrbradgoreski show will fail but @rzrachelzoe will continue to be a star in business and personal life.” Zoe has many more episodes of Goreski’s show to go. If the ratings continue to rise, look for more noise from this rivalry.
