Brooks Brothers is celebrating its decadelong association with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital by doubling down.
To mark its 10th year of supporting the Memphis hospital, the retailer will host benefit parties on both coasts this holiday. Over the past decade, Brooks Bros. has raised $10 million for St. Jude’s “Thanks and Giving” campaign, which is used to fight childhood cancers and other life-threatening diseases.
On Saturday, Brooks Bros. will host the inaugural event at its Rodeo Drive store, featuring music by DJ Oscar Adler, photos with Santa and more. Among the celebrities expected to attend the L.A. event are Colin Egglesfield, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Matthew Morrison and Rachel Zoe.
Then, on Dec. 17, the retailer will hold its annual New York City event, which will feature performances by Wynton Marsalis and Vince Giordano and the Nighthawks, as well as actors from “A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder” and “Honeymoon in Vegas” and the alumni ensemble of the Boys & Girls Choir of Harlem.
Guests who attend either event receive a 20 percent discount on purchases, with 10 percent of net sales donated to St. Jude.
