AT YOUR SERVICE: The French Women’s Ready-to-Wear Federation is launching a new trade show in Paris aimed at connecting fashion brands with service providers.
The first edition of Traffic will take place Nov. 4 and 5 at the Carreau de Temple and aims to draw around 50 exhibitors and 1,000 visitors, the federation said on Wednesday.
“Through this event, the federation wishes to highlight its network of organizations, experts and French and international service providers specialized in fashion,” it said in a statement.
Exhibitors will be split into five categories: Export; management and finance; supply chain and innovation; trade and retail, and marketing and communication. There will also be a space for fledgling firms.
Access will be free for existing fashion firms, with an entrance fee of 30 euros, or $35 at current exchange, for those planning to launch a brand. The show will be run by Priscilla Jokhoo, director of the federation’s business division.
