Riccardo Tisci keeps flexing his men’s wear muscle in Paris.
Givenchy recently reopened its Rue François 1er men’s store after a three-month renovation that brought typical Tisci touches, including a wall left intentionally raw, natural iron fixtures and clean, minimalist lines.
The revamped 2,400-square-foot unit — which Givenchy has operated since the Nineties — arrives only a few months after Givenchy opened a Marais flagship double that size and designed floor-to-ceiling by its Italian creative director.
The corner François 1er location showcases more formal clothing and leather goods on its main floor with more streetwise fare — sneakers, the runway collection and Tisci’s signature prints — stocked in the basement.
