Ivyrevel continues to expand. The H&M-backed digital fashion house founded by Dejan and Aleksandar Subosic, Kenza Zouiten and Gustav Springfeldt out of Stockholm, Sweden has launched an upscale capsule collection called Diamond. Comprised of four evening looks embroidered in thousands of clear glass crystals, each piece will be handmade to order exclusively on ivyrevel.com. Prices open at $700 for black embroidered viscose trousers — offered with a matching suit jacket, for $900 — up to $1,700 for a long-sleeve cocktail dress. The release comes on the heels of the brand’s recently launched swimwear collection.
“[We did this] to try something new and unexpected. A lot of people said that we, as a new digital brand, should focus on doing ‘easy’ and commercial ready-to-wear, to stay on the safe side,” Aleksandar told WWD. “Guess we proved them wrong. We already have received more requests than expected so we are pretty satisfied with the results.”
