BERLIN — Jared Leto will be the face of the new scent Hugo Just Different from P&G Prestige’s Hugo Fragrances.
The actor and front man for the band 30 Seconds to Mars also takes over as the face of Hugo Man, previously repped by Jonathan Rhys Meyers. TV and print campaigns for both scents starring Leto will roll out globally in July. Hugo Just Different, which also will be launched this summer, is described by the company as a “fresh and unexpected” scent.
Leto is known for hard-edged films including “Fight Club” and “Requiem for a Dream,” but had his breakthrough as a TV teen heart-throb in the Nineties show “My So-Called Life.”
“Hugo inspires men to succeed through creativity, which is something I’ve aimed for my entire career,” said Leto on Tuesday.
