MILAN — Kenneth Cole Productions Inc. and Marcolin Group have renewed their licensing agreement for the design, manufacture and worldwide distribution of the New York-based brand’s sun and optical eyewear collections through December 2021.
The partnership between the two companies had started in 2003 and was extended ahead of its expiration date at the end of 2016.

“We are pleased to be continuing our long-standing partnership and further build upon the success of our business with Marcolin, a global leader in the eyewear category,” said Kenneth Cole Productions’ chief executive officer Marc Schneider. “Marcolin’s strength in the international eyewear market further supports our strategic global marketing initiatives.”
