MAY DAYS: Kim Kardashian, Alessandro Michele, Christopher Kane, Isabel Marant, Clare Waight Keller, Vetements chief executive officer Guram Gvasalia, and Peter Dundas will be among the speakers at the annual Vogue Festival on May 21 and 22 in London.
Kardashian, married to Kanye West, is to chat with makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury about beauty products, and how they feel about their respective husbands seeing them without a fully made-up face. Grace Coddington, meanwhile, will speak to British Vogue’s fashion director Lucinda Chambers about their careers.
Gvasalia is to address the state of the fashion industry’s operating model while Sophia Webster, the BFC/Vogue fashion fund winner, will chat about brand identity and business.
In addition to the series of talks, tutorials will be run by hairstylists and makeup artists including Val Garland, Hannah Martin, Sam McKnight, George Northwood and Josh Wood. David Downton is to host a fashion illustration class.
