Kith has turned to some Olympic legends to be the faces of its Team USA collection that will launch later this month.
Leading up to the July 30 drop of the men’s, women’s and children’s collection, Kith has created a special campaign featuring several former gold medalists including gymnast Shannon Lee Miller; swimmer Aaron Peirsol; boxer Sugar Ray Leonard, Clyde Drexler and Chris Mullen of the 1992 U.S. men’s basketball “Dream Team,” and basketball players Jason Kidd and Deron WIlliams.
Starting on July 24 and running for six days until the launch, Kith will release a new image every day on its social media campaign featuring athletes who have won a corresponding number of Olympic gold medals as there are days remaining until the launch.
The first image kicking off the six-day countdown features beach volleyball teammates Kerri Walsh Jennings and Misty May-Treanor, who won a total of six gold medals at the 2004, 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games.

The Kith for Team USA collection features 72 styles that combine Team USA’s heritage in both the Olympic and Paralympic Games with Kith’s streetwear-influenced asethetic. The men’s assortment includes 58 pieces in either red, white and blue or a pastel palette inspired by the Olympic rings. Key pieces include patchwork denim jeans, silk souvenir jackets, faux fur coaches jackets, cable-knit cardigans, track suits, basketball jerseys and swim trunks.
The 32-piece women’s assortment include quarter-zip pullovers, shorts, bra tops and swimsuits, and there are also 24 accessories including caps, reversible bucket hats and lifestyle pieces such as umbrellas, totes, canteens and mugs. There is also a children’s wear offering that consists of 24 pieces and includes onesies for babies and jackets, hoodies and T-shirts for older kids.
Kith for Team USA also includes three sunglass styles created in parternship with Oakley and six limited-edition bags designed in collaboration with Away.
The collection will be sold at Kith’s U.S. flagships as well as on its website. Retail prices range from $32 to $705.
