SANTA’S STICKERS: Santa Claus is traveling on a cart this holiday season, at least according to Les Petits Joueurs’ customization project.
The Florence-based accessories brand has launched the LPJ stickers project, offering a range of patches to customize its “Jack” pouch and a selection of small leather goods. These include cardholders, luggage tags and iPhone cases.
To mark its launch, a pop-up, logo-ed cart will be used to display the full range of patches, which include Pop, colored lettering and a variety of stickers in the shapes of a palm tree, a pill or a lightning bolt, to name a few.
Aiming to offer a do-it-yourself experience, customers will also have the chance to buy the stickers alone. They come in a small or big format, retailing at 46 euros and 58 euros, respectively.
“I’m curious to see the way worldwide clients will use the stickers to customize the leather goods,” said Maria Sole Cecchi, Les Petits Joueurs’ founder and creative director, who wanted to give the brand’s accessories a new twist.
Les Petits Joueurs’ stickers project will run until Dec. 31 with the pop-up cart display being installed in London at Selfridges, in New York and Miami at Saks Fifth Avenue and in Milan at La Rinascente, among others.
The customization service is also available at the brand’s flagship in Florence, as well as on lespetitsjoueurs.com.
