CHARLES JEFFREY
Glaswegian designer, artist and illustrator Charles Jeffrey graduated from Central Saint Martins last year after studying fashion design for his master’s and bachelor’s.
While studying for his bachelor’s, Jeffrey hosted a series of “Loverboy” parties, which helped him pay for his master’s degree. Jeffrey has also interned at the couture atelier at Christian Dior.
As an artist, his fashion illustrations are sold at Nick Knight’s Showstudio, and Jeffrey incorporates Daler-Rowney paints in his fashion, including his signature hand-painted denim. He recently worked with Showstudio Live Studio on a project where he was the subject.
The designer, who is known for his club-kid aesthetic, sees his man as “somebody who pioneers for queer sensibilities and artistic endeavors.”
The 25-year-old will be showing at 3 p.m. on June 10 as a part of Fashion East’s Man lineup. For his upcoming range, Jeffrey plans to present a collection that is “a bit more focused and maybe a bit somber.”

EDWARD CRUTCHLEY
West Yorkshire-born Edward Crutchley, who studied women’s wear and graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2003, launched his men’s line as part of Fashion East in 2015. Last season, he unveiled his first stand-alone presentation hosted by Louis Vuitton creative director Kim Jones.
A textile design consultant, Crutchley has worked with Pringle of Scotland, Kanye West and currently collaborates with Jones at Vuitton. His passion for textiles is seen through his designs, which use materials from different regions of the U.K., such as cashmere fabrics woven in Yorkshire, knits created in Scotland and hand knits spun in Kent.
“Modern, luxury and ease” are the words Crutchley uses to describe his signature aesthetic. “I’m serving up my world. Anyone who likes it is welcome to buy a piece,” he said.
Prices start at 267 pounds, or $386, for a blanket to 1,700 pounds, or $2,463, for a coat.

For spring 2017, Crutchley will present at 5:30 p.m. on June 11 in a film format. He plans to experiment with tie-dye, latex and ballgowns. “It’s going to be hideous or fabulous, hopefully, the latter,” he added.
KIKO KOSTADINOV
Bulgarian native Kiko Kostadinov studied men’s design at Central Saint Martins and graduated with a master’s this year.
The designer created a small capsule range for London shop Machine A, then collaborated with Stüssy and Dover Street Market on a collection — which quickly sold out upon its launch — of contemporary deconstructed workwear looks that were hand-dyed, bleached and painted. He designed another collection with Stüssy for Dover Street Market New York and for Dover Street Market Ginza alongside an installation.
The 26-year-old’s studio in North London is focused on developing signature shapes in utilitarian colors and fabrics — an aesthetic he calls a “modern uniform with an antidecorative approach” — and says his client is “a man very aware of the world around him.”
The price range is from 350 pounds, or $507, for a reworked hoodie to 595 pounds, or $862, for a Ventile cotton jacket. His line is exclusively stocked at Dover Street Market.
Kostadinov was recently awarded the Topman-sponsored NewGen Men support for London Collections: Men for the spring season. He will stage a presentation at 10:30 a.m. on June 13 at 180 Strand and plans to develop an expanded take on his master’s graduate collection.
