MILAN — Moncler said Thursday it was reorganizing its management structure by integrating a number of functions.
In particular, all marketing, digital and communication functions will now be managed by chief operating officer Roberto Eggs, and all supply chain functions will be held by chief corporate officer Luciano Santel, “with the aim of providing the company with an even more integrated and efficient decision-making process.”
Eggs now becomes chief marketing and operating officer and Santel, who joined Moncler in September 2013, becomes chief corporate and supply officer.
Both will continue to report directly to Remo Ruffini, chairman and chief executive officer of Moncler.
“This new corporate organization is perfectly in line with my objective and that of my team to make Moncler increasingly flexible, streamlined and fast-moving,” Ruffini said. “While I will continue to be fully responsible for the strategy of the Moncler brand, Roberto and Luciano will work closely with me with the aim of addressing all future challenges and opportunities promptly and efficiently, in order to continue creating added value for the Group and its stakeholders.”
The announcement was made after trading hours in Milan, where the company is publicly listed.
