PARTNERING WITH POMELLATO: Fine jewelry brand Pomellato is linking up with Net-a-porter. The online retailer will stock the Italian brand’s jewelry for the first time, starting on Nov. 18.
Part of Kering, Pomellato currently sells its baubles in boutiques and department stores globally, and on its site pomellato.com. Founded in 1967 by Pino Rabolini, the jewelry brand was acquired by Kering in 2013 and currently has 40 stores in 27 cities.
The online retailer will stock 33 styles from the Nudo collection which features rings, necklaces and earrings in gold, white gold and rose gold variations. The price range is from 1,150 pounds, or $1,747, for a small ring to 4,260 pounds, or $6,471, for diamond earrings.
In April, Net-a-porter announced it would carry Chanel’s Coco Crush fine jewelry in a pop-up format, and it marked the first time that Chanel sold its items online.
