Perry Ellis International has entered into a licensing agreement with Optimo Group Ltd. for the manufacture of watches under the Perry Ellis trademark.
The license is for men’s, women’s and children’s watches. The agreement covers the territories of Greater China, Japan, Korea, India and throughout the Association of Southeast Asian Nations. ASEAN is a 10-member regional grouping that includes Brunei; Cambodia; Indonesia; Laos; Malaysia; Myanmar; the Philippines; Singapore; Thailand, and Vietnam. The license also provides for the distribution of the watches in department stores, jewelry and watch specialty stores, fashion boutiques and e-commerce sites.

The Perry Ellis brand includes a lifestyle sportswear collection of suit separates, mix-and-match shirts, outerwear and accessories.
