FLOWER POWER: Erin Wasson was among the fans on hand Saturday afternoon when stylist Ezra Woods and filmmaker Alia Raza introduced their perfume line, Regime des Fleurs, to Forty Five Ten in Dallas.
“We kind of took a risk by not dumbing down our product,” said Raza. Wasson, who connected the perfumers with Forty Five Ten co-owner Brian Bolke, said she felt lucky to be part of the launch. “It’s another extension of an art form that I was unaware of,” said Wasson. “There’s a real poetry in this.”
The collection presents six floral scents in three tiers of complexity: the Lyrics, The Ballads and The Epic, priced respectively at $95, $225 and $350. The fragrances boast a high percentage of natural ingredients and rare ingredients, including ambergris, aged sandalwood and blue lotus.
Among the guests were Anna Sophia Van Zweden, author Sarah Thornton and San Francisco gallerist Jessica Silverman, who was in town for the Dallas Art Fair.
