The New York Rangers and Los Angeles Kings will square off tonight in the opening game of the Stanley Cup Final. While potentially there are seven games to go, the Rangers already won in the style stakes with their sharp suits and classic choices. The Kings, on the other hand, opt more toward the relaxed California lifestyle. Here are some of the top style setters from each team.
THE RANGERS
Henrik Lundqvist: The Rangers goaltender has earned the nickname King Henrik for his play, but off the ice the 32-year-old native of Sweden is considered to be the sport’s style icon, generally opting for fitted suits and ties even for postgame press conferences.
Brian Boyle: The 29-year-old center may be 6 feet, 7 inches and weigh 244 pounds, but he’s a follower of fashion, having appeared in the “Ice Cold Killers” feature in the November 2012 issue of Esquire magazine.

Dustin Brown: With his boyish blonde looks, the Kings’ captain spends most of his off-ice time in casual clothes with his wife and four kids. But he cleans up well in a suit, too; the black three-piece he wore to the NHL Awards was well-tailored to fit his muscular physique.
Jonathan Quick: The Kings goalie’s thick, tousled hair and postseason scruff recall actor Joshua Jackson. In the rare moments when Quick sports a suit and tie, he comes close to movie-star looks as well.
Jeff Carter: The Kings center, 29, looks as though he grew up on the beaches of Southern California — tall, blonde and unusually tan for an athlete who spends his time on ice. His talent plus his looks have earned him sponsorships from Bauer Hockey, Gatorade, Muscle Milk, PlayStation and Nike.
