PARIS — Fusalp has signed a deal with Ontario-based Throat Threads Apparel to distribute its complete offer, including ski, après-ski, urban and kids, first in Canada and eventually also in the United States.
The deal, which is Fusalp’s first distribution agreement, will start with the French label’s fall season.
Fusalp chief executive officer Alexandre Fauvet noted that joining Throat Threads is “a crucial milestone for the brand, as we understand the importance of a strong presence in the North American market.”
The French skiwear specialist recently branched out into après-ski ready-to-wear for men and women, designed by Mathilde Lacoste.
Throat Threads sells, markets and distributes men’s and women’s sportswear and accessories by brands including John Varvatos, Robert Graham, Brax, Adidas, Ping and NYDJ.
