Heath Golden has joined Randa as president of its neckwear and jewelry division.
The former president and chief executive officer of Hampshire Group, Golden joined Bendon Group, an Australian-based intimate apparel company that markets the Heidi Klum Intimates, Stella McCartney Lingerie and other brands in early 2014.
Randa, the world’s largest men’s accessories company, designs and manufactures jewelry and neckwear for Cole Haan, Kenneth Cole, Ryan Seacrest Distinction, Vince Camuto, Ben Sherman, Countess Mara and others.
“At Randa, neckwear and jewelry represent more than our heritage, they are the core of our DNA,” said Judy Person, Randa’s executive vice president and group president. “Heath has a stellar reputation for leadership, a talent for entrepreneurship, and a track record of success.”
During his time at Hampshire, Golden spearheaded the company’s diversification from a manufacturer of private label sweaters into a branded sportswear manufacturer. Golden is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and received his JD from Temple University School of Law. He began his career as a corporate securities lawyer with several global law firms before joining Hampshire.
“During my years in the industry, I’ve observed with admiration Randa’s impressive growth rate and broad category expansion,” Golden said. “I’m looking forward to helping drive continued growth and expansion while perpetuating Randa’s commitment to its retail and brand partners’ success.”
