“I thought there was something missing in underwear in terms of comfort and design,” said the Taiwanese designer, who recently won Fashion Group International’s 19th annual Rising Star Award for men’s wear. The line, which is available starting this week on Breton’s e-commerce site, includes two tiers. The luxury assortment retails from $60 to $80 and is made from silk and bamboo, while the more affordable version retails around $40 and is made from cotton modal and spandex. Both collections include a brief and boxer brief that feature a four-inch-wide waistband and a larger pouch for comfort and full coverage.
“I wanted to give men an opportunity to not feel constricted,” Breton said.
