Dsquared2 creative directors Dean and Dan Caten have designed a new off-field, pre-match official uniform for the Manchester City soccer team.
The luxury label and the British team first worked together in October 2016.
“We wanted the players to feel as confident in this suit as they do when they pull on their team jersey,” said Dan Caten. “Every element of the Dsquared2 for Manchester City suit is designed to show modern tailoring sophistication: from its Italian refined wool fabric and the sartorial skill used in construction, and the contemporary fit, it’s a statement of masculine elegance.”
The new suit developed by the company includes a slim three-button jacket with dual vents and a peak lapel, as well as a waistcoat and trim pants.
Dsquared2, which has recently opened a luxurious gym with a spa located in the basement of their Milanese headquarters, is about to debut a capsule collection developed in collaboration with Chicago Bulls shooting guard Dwyane Wade. The range will launch exclusively at select Saks Fifth Avenue locations and at saks.com this spring.
